UHURU (Peaceful) Trust

The Uhuru Trust has been set up to meet the following objectives:

The relief of financial hardship, either generally or individually by making grants of money for providing or paying for items, facilities and services.

To advance the education of the public by providing and assisting the provision of facilities that are not available in Central Africa. (Malawi, Tanzania, Zambia, Congo and Mozambique). We further hope to provide assistance in West Africa and Asia.

To conserve and protect wildlife species, in particular endangered species in Cenral and East Africa, with a view to promoting public safety and health as well as peaceful coexistence between animals and nearby settled communities.

These objectives will particularly be undertaken in Malawi, Tanzania, Zambia, Congo and Zanzibar.
